Presencia/Occurence: Presente/Present.

Origen/Origin: No nativo, solo cultivado/Not native, cultivated only.

Historia y distribución/History and distribution: Acevedo-Rodríguez & Strong (2005) reported this as cultivated in Puerto Rico and escaped in Adjuntas: Coredillera Central, Bo. Portugués ca. 0.9 km due SW of Alto de la Bandera (Proctor 42130 SJ). Rejected by Axelrod (2011) as only under cultivation. A modern voucher of a naturalized population would be needed to authenticate that it has become naturalized in Puerto Rico.
