South Florida History and Distribution: Ranked as critically imperiled in Rare Plants of South Florida (Gann et al. 2002; pp 381-382) based on two occurrences in two conservation areas: Bahia Honda State Park and National Key Deer Refuge in Monroe County, where still present. No other occurrences are known.

SOUTH FLORIDA Cultivated Status: Not Cultivated
